Sunday night Scaries, you're staring at your calendar thinking there's no way. A plan would help if making the plan didn't feel like another full-time job. What if AI could plan your entire week in 10 minutes?

Hey, hey, hey. Welcome to she's That founder, the show that helps ambitious women stop drowning in decisions and start owning their CEO seat with a little AI magic.

I'm Dawn Andrews, and this is day 11 of the 12 Days of ai, a female founder's holiday business intervention series. Today's topic, the weekly CEO reset. The 10 minute ritual that keeps you strategic all week instead of reactive all day. So most founders, myself included, start the week reacting. To emails, to slack, just fires, ping, ping, ping, whatever it is.

We're like constantly jumping around on the different topics that make our business go. And for real, real, I used to spend an hour every Sunday planning, but it still ended up buried by Wednesday because planning, everything is planning nothing. So this is how we flip that, ready for the steps. 

Step one block 10 minutes for your CEO reset Sunday night, Monday morning. But literally put it on your calendar, block the timeout. And this is planning time, not doing time, but just a little bit. 

Step two, open chat, GPT, and brain dump your week. Dump everything must do, should do. Wanna do worried about, and then ask AI to prioritize it by impact. 

Identify what to delegate and delete and build a realistic plan. And then give AI this prompt. 

“Prioritize this list by impact. Identify what to delete or delegate, and build a realistic weekly plan based on my actual available hours.” 

The full prompt for this is in the AI toolkit, so don't try to memorize it, but just brain dump. Give this simple prompt to try and let AI sort it. 

Step three, read AI's organized plan, and here's where it gives really good. AI will come back with your top three priorities for the week, what to delegate, what to delete, and a realistic picture of what actually fits into your hours. I mean, I do this and I make sure that I have workouts in there, time to prepare myself lunch, time to take a little walk, like I put everything in there.

And it may also gently call you out on overcomplicating things like perfecting your website copy instead of sending proposals. Yes, I have literally gotten a slap on the wrist from AI when it helps me prioritize for doing exactly that thing. 

Step four, put the top three things in your calendar block time for your top three. Everything else can fit around those, or it just doesn't happen because here's the truth for A DHD folks like me, if it's not in your calendar, it's a wish, not a plan. Your calendar should show your priorities, not just everyone else's meeting requests.

And then step five review on Friday. On Friday, spend five minutes asking what got done, what didn't, what should change for next week? Because that's how you learn and adjust instead of just surviving the week. And that's also how you train AI to answer the question better for the next week.
